Day 22 - Wednesday, August 13, 2008

Attempts to monitor all three heartrates were even worse today. We couldn't even hardly get two heartbeats at a time. The nurse called Dr. Austin to complain (she also told him the monitoring was very uncomfortable for me). She was able to get the monitoring down to one time per day instead of twice. It is nearly impossible to track all three heartrates at the same time for any amount of time. The babies move around too much and they don't like the straps they have to use around my belly. The babies always kick them.

I had a surprise visit from Jan from Kellogg's this morning. She brought me a plant, card, and gift card from the employees at the plant. It is nice to know they are thinking of me and haven't forgotten me yet! Jan also filled me in on the latest gossip from the plant.

My parents, Aunt Sue, and Mimi came down for lunch today. They helped me decorate my room some more and my Aunt made some delicious brownies! I am glad I passed my glucose test!

Mimi was whooped! She slept the whole time she was here. I think Grandma & Grandpa keep her busy.

Glo took Mimi to the groomer on Tuesday night, so of course she got a new toy. This green kitty is made for strong chewers, so hopefully it will last longer than a day. Mimi has been known to destroy toys within a day. She likes to pull the stuffing out, let it hang out of her mouth, and then look at you like she didn't do anything wrong. Silly puppy!
