Day 14 - Tuesday, August 5, 2008

I passed my 3 hour glucose test! WooHoo! That means I don't have gestational diabetes and I don't have to go on a special diet. I will have to repeat the test in a few weeks to check again, but for now it's good news. Most multiple pregnancies of three or more result in gestational diabetes. My pancreas is working well!

Good thing I passed my test. Today I figured out that I could order food from the cafe downstairs and not just the regular hospital menu. They daily specials, better salads, a coffee bar, and lots of sweets! The regular food isn't bad, it just gets boring ordering the same stuff all the time.

Kristin, George, and Mason stopped by today after Mason's first trip to the dentist.
